You agree to use NatiChat in accordance with all applicable laws and
not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

Harassing, abusing, or harming another person.
Posting or transmitting any content that is offensive, unlawful, or otherwise objectionable.
Violating the rights of others, including privacy and intellectual property rights.
Interfering with or disrupting the operation of NatiChat.

You retain ownership of the content you post on NatiChat. By posting content, you grant NatiChat
a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, sublicensable, and transferable license to use,
reproduce, modify, distribute, and display your content in connection with the operation of NatiChat.

4.3 User Conduct:

You agree not to:

Use NatiChat for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
Engage in any activity that could damage, disable, or overburden NatiChat's servers.
Collect or store personal data about other users without their consent.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or access to NatiChat at any time,
for any reason, including if you violate these Terms.

6. Disclaimers

NatiChat is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express
or implied. We do not warrant that NatiChat will be uninterrupted or error-free, nor do we make
any warranty as to the results that may be obtained from the use of NatiChat.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NatiChat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental,
special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues,
whether incurred directly or indirectly,
or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from
(i) your use or inability to use NatiChat;
(ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein;
(iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from NatiChat;
(iv) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through
NatiChat by any third party;
(v) any errors or omissions in any content;
(vi) any defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of any third party.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the
new Terms on NatiChat and updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this document. Your
continued use of NatiChat after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
